The apartment building contains 2 separate rental units, 3-bedroom apartment on ground floor and 2-bedroom apartment on 2nd floor. three-bedroom apartment: 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and bathrooms, and 1 open concept kitchens. two-bedroom apartment: 1 living room, 1 master bedroom with balcony, 1 bedroom with access to terrace, 1 toilet and bathroom, and 1 open concept kitchens. Each unit can comfortably accommodate 1 person on the sofa in the living room. The kitchens have all the kitchen equipment you want to cook, including a fridge, washing machine and stove. The bathrooms each have shower cabins, and toilets.
