These apartments built December 2023 occupy the 3rd & 4th floor of a newly developed mixed-use building centrally located in Haad Rin, a 1-minute walk from the Full Moon beach. These brand new upscale apartments are designed for long-term guests, but occasionally have openings for Full Moon Party bookings. Brand new as of December 2023, the apartments are tastefully decorated with new comfortable furniture and beds. The loft layout gives you plenty of space with a feeling of openness, unlike most cramped rooms in Haad Rin. (Apartments are very rare in the town since all accommodations are geared towards Full Moon Party and maximizing the number of people that can fit in the space.) Upstairs is a loft with a double bed and small balcony as well as a private bathroom. Downstairs there is a dining area and a living room with a couch and TV. The apartment has a fridge and kettle, and a full bathroom downstairs as well. There are also two twin beds downstairs for extra sleeping space.

The apartment is in a brand new mixed use development, one block from Haad Rin Beach and Full Moon Party. There is a 7-11 across the street and restaurants and shops all walkable. The complex will house shops, restaurants and bars, as well as long-term residences and hotel accommodation. There is a large protected green lawn area as well as a pool and bar area under construction now. Community events like concerts, socials, BBQs and more are planned on the green. Haad Rin is quiet 25 days a month and then flooded with people and activities once a month for Full Moon Party Week. It's a great mixture of peaceful beach like with some monthly excitement guaranteed.
