PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING. The apartment is a private home managed by Lofty, so if you have any questions, requests or issues, please message or call us directly, we are always happy to help. The Reception is a Building’s management team and is not responsible for working with our guests. Electric and water are not included in the price and will be charged according to the meter. Close windows and doors when AC is working. Turn off AC and all the lights when you leave. Electric fee is THB 8 per unit, Water fee is THB 50 per unit. (Expect to pay extra 170-250 baht per day for electric usage). Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but can be arranged at an extra fee.

Neighbourhood information

The complex is ideally located on the headland of Patong, providing easy access to the secret beaches nestled in nature and never overcrowded. Merlin beach is only about 100 meters from the resort, Tri Trang beach is less than 5 mins walk. Several restaurants in the compound and 3 separate pool areas. The center of Patong, known for its nightlife, fine dining, night markets and shopping, is just a 10 minute drive away. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the area and your stay. Dine in the resort’s TripAdvisor winning Restaurant, Blue Mango, stone baked Pizzeria, or drink cocktails on the terrace or rooftop, in a private cabana or in the comfort of your own suite.
