The staff were nice and helpful. We had an electricity issue on our first room and they immediately moved us to another room so we won't be inconvenienced. There is always a member of the staff on standby in the lobby so it was very reassuring as we are always out in wee hours. No issues in checking in and checking out ( family had to check out at midnight and 2 am separately and there were no delays)
