Nestled in the tranquil bay of Ao Yon, your Sea View Design Home offers a luxurious retreat away from the bustling tourist spots. This brand new home of over 200 sqm provides great views of the azure waters and a serene environment perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Imagine waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the sparkling sea, or enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony as the sun sets in a blaze of colours. And... it's only 40 steps away from the white sandy beach of Ao Yon. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll be greeted by an overwhelming sense of space. The expansive open-plan kitchen seamlessly transitions into a generous dining area, which flows into a spacious living room. This area extends to a vast terrace that seems to stretch to the horizon, with the turquoise sea framed by abundant trees on either side, grounding you back to earth. The entire living floor exudes spaciousness and uncluttered openness, with natural light highlighting the luxurious details of your home and inviting you to savor every inch throughout your stay. The whole floor is well-ventilated, with plenty of natural airflow. A cleverly designed open stairway leads you to the Master Floor. featuring a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a seating area with comfortable armchairs, a workspace with a desk and monitor, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and a walk-in shower, and a terrace offering comfortable seating and a magnificent view over the Indian Ocean.
After some 20 years living in Thailand my appreciation of Thai culture and Thai people has deepened. Initially coming here as a tourist I couldn't say goodbye to this wonderful part of the world and decided to make it my permanent residence. After teaching scuba diving, exploring the waters of Malaysia, Thailand and Myanmar with guests on sailing catamarans I'm convinced that my guests will experience a warm feeling of welcome in my home . Ao Yon is a small village in the quiet south east corner of Phuket Island. Away from the masses and though small the village offers everything you need at walking distance for a relaxed stay. Many restaurants on the beach and on the main road, 2 convenience stores, car and motor bike rental, money changers, massage places, ATM's, fruit stalls, excursion booking offices and way more. On the beach there are various places to just contemplate life and lounge during spectacular sun sets. Or just go swimming in the lukewarm water off the white sandy beach. Being a small village almost all destinations in Ao Yon Beach are in walking distance. For going beyond the immediate vicinity you can either rent car or motor bike or get a taxi. The House Manual will give many tips on where to go and what to do. Feeling like visiting one of the nearby islands? Longtail boats can be hired and can pick you up at the beach right in front of the property.
