- We're doesn’t provide for the shampoo, soap gel or any cleaning products.

- We're not allowed to have a party and make loud noise after 9.00PM.

- We're not allowed to drink much alcohol.

- Please keep cleaning the house and the kitchen appliances.

- Do not leave the kitchen with the waste food over the night.

- Please keep closing the entrance door for avoiding the insects, mosquitos and for safety.

- We're not allowed to smoking in the house.

- We use self check in system, so obviously will not have any staff stand by in the place.

- Please text me anytime if you need help.

- We're not a hotel so we don't provide a service as a hotel.

- Please don’t forget keycard inside the room, If you accidentally locked and need the staff to open it, there’s service fee is THB1000.

- Please do not lock the bedroom door, we don’t provide the key in the house.

- Please inform the real amount of guests, So we could provide the towels and bedding sets for the guests.

- Toilet paper and garbage bags will be provided only once upon check in.
