Property information

This modern hillside villa is located in a small development in Kamala on the west coast of Phuket. The villa offers 3 bedrooms, ideal for couples or small families who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Entrance is on the lower level, which consists of two bedrooms, each one with its ensuite bathroom and a secondary living area or lounge. On the upper level is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, and the third en-suite bedroom. The living area opens out to a covered terrace beside the infinity-edge swimming pool, which features a shallow wading area. Ocean view from the pool and living area as well as being private to unwelcome eyes. An outdoor staircase leads up to the roof terrace, which is perfect for entertaining with a Jacuzzi bathtub, BBQ with counter and sink, and an outdoor seating area for 6 a shade sail.
