Hello, everyone, Welcome! My name is Gilles, I have been living in Asia for 20 years. My wife, Rita, is Chinese, from Canton. We are passionate about South-East Asia culture and lifestyle and we have been lucky to travel to many wonderful places in the region. This new condominium has an area of 47 sq. m is part of Viva Patong, a small project located on the headland of Patong and surrounded by three beaches. The apartment offers partial views of the surrounding rainforest. Three secluded beaches are within walking distance, while the busier Patong Beach, with its array of restaurants, shops and nightlife, is just a 5-minute drive away. This apartment is the ideal place for a holiday with friends or a romantic getaway for couples. This 1-bedroom apartment features a bright living room with a cozy sofa and Smart TV, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king-size bed, a TV, a large wardrobe, and is complemented by a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a morning read in a tranquil outdoor atmosphere. There is a private bathroom with a shower. You have access to the common pool and to the gym. Please note: - Electricity is charged separately at 150 THB/day. - We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. - Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. - The pool is shared with other tenants.
