The apartment was renovated in May 2023 Two-room apartment with own kitchen is located on the first floor. Windows and balcony view to a quiet street. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking: pots, plates, spoons, forks, knives, cups and so on. The condominium is located just 150 meters from the beach, along the path through the Modus Beach Front Resort. Territory of the condominium has a swimming pool, laundry and gym. In the TV room there is a large corner sofa, which can also become a sleeping place. One of the bedrooms has a work desk with a comfortable computer chair. Internet is provided free of charge from the condominium. The apartment has two shower rooms, one of the rooms with a toilet. There is a washing machine. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: a hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, as well as a set of dishes for the whole family (pans, plates, forks, spoons, knives, cups, and so on). Guests staying at my apartment have access to laundromats in the condominium on first floor. As well access to all the pools that are located on the territory of the condo, to the gym with exercise equipment. There are parking spaces in front of the house and free covered parking on the ground floor for cars and motorcycles with a card access system. Guests also have free access to the beach through the Modus Beach Front Resort. There is a small market next to the condominium where you can buy fruits. And within walking distance (500 meters) is the 24-hour Family Mart store, where you can buy everything you need for everyday life: soap, washing powder, shampoo, toothpaste, snacks, water, beer, alcohol (at certain hours) and much more. In addition, within walking distance is the famous Temple of Truth (Sanctuary of Truth), which is popular with most foreign tourists. Around the complex there are many different Thai restaurants where you can eat delicious local or European cuisine for a small amount. And using the services of a taxi, you can get to any area of ​​Pattaya, where life does not stop even at night. For example, you can visit the new Shopping and Entertainment Complex Terminal 21, where the design of each floor conveys the spirit of a particular city or country.
