A fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, dining table with two chairs, king size bed, flat screent TV, bathroom and an outdoor area to drink your morning coffee. There is also a free parking space in front of the building. The city center can be reached in 7 minute walk, where you have the oportunities for swimming and sunbathing on the sandy beaches. You can also enjoy many cultural events of the city, theater performances and sport events in the city center.
