Imagine yourself far from the crowds and your fast-paced everyday life. Here, in homestead Kapl, time stops, and even brings you back to the past, where you’re surrounded by beautiful greenery, peace, tradition and friendly locals. This unique traditional 170-year-old farmhouse is located in unspoiled greenery in the village of Dražen Vrh, which is spread over the ridge and is planted with vineyards. It is characterized by a preserved wooden house (Slovene: cimprača), which is protected as an ethnological monument. It offers simple rooms, restored furniture of ancestors. By staying in homestead Kapl, you will experience real ancient farm life. It is perfect for a group of 6 friends or a big family. ★ IMPORTANT INFORMATION: ￫ There isn't an internet connection on the property. ￫ There aren't modern devices on the property (no TV, no electric stove, no microwave...) ￫ Small animals are staying on the farm: dog, chickens, bees, rabbits...
I live on a small farm, where we have some small animals, such as hens and rabbits. I love the outdoors, nature, and animals, and am curious about how creatures contribute to our environment; that's why I became a beekeeper. I am also a viticulturist and grow a small vineyard. I restore old furniture and take care of the cultural, ethnological collection. I am active in several voluntary societies and I am a member of the municipal council in the Municipality of Sveta Ana. I spend my free time riding a motorcycle. Sometimes I go fishing and dancing with my wife. We love to go to different dancing festivals.
You’re staying in a peaceful environment but you are close to everything at the same time. Whether you want to visit Terme Lendava, explore thermal mineral springs, excellent cooking, top quality wines, cycling and fishing, you can do all that very easily. You will have the opportunity to discover extraordinary and rare flower species but also spy on a range of animals. Relax in the slow flow of positive energy!
