Set in Gozd Martuljek, 3 km from the ski resort Kranjska Gora, Apartments Trata is surrounded by the Martuljek range of the Julian Alps and lush meadows. All comfortably furnished apartments are appointed with handmade decorations and warm colours. They feature satellite TV, a sofa bed and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, a refrigerator and a dining area. Trata Apartments has a beautiful garden with views over the nearby Mount Špik. Barbecue facilities are at guests’ disposal. Hiking trails and bicycle paths can be explored in the immediate vicinity. An artificial climbing wall is also close by. Skiing lovers can explore the slopes in Kranjska Gora and beginners as well as children can benefit from the easier slopes in Gozd Martuljek. The Austrian border can be reached within 23 km. The Italian border is only 10 km away. Free public parking is offered on site.

Trata Resort (Country House Trata & Apartments Trata) is a unique property with a divine mountain view, located in the charming alpine village of Gozd Martuljek on the outskirts of the Triglav National Park. You will need only 5 min by car to reach Kranjska Gora (3 km). With its 4000 m2 large, the Apartments Trata offers 3 fairy-tale apartments. Each apartment has its own touch of unique art and you can feel passionate dedication to details. Resort facilities: summer kitchen with BBQ, sun lounger, big meadow for outside activities, ski and bicycle room. Perfect location: 100 m to bicycle trails, 50 m to cross-country ski trails, 3 km to ski slopes, 50 m to walking paths to Kranjska Gora, hiking trails, close to Austria and Italy.

Here starts the longest (over 200 km) and one of the most beautiful and tidy bike path in Slovenia, taking you around the Julian Alps. The circular cycling route leads from Kranjska Gora through the Gozd Martuljka, Bled, Bohinj, Tolmin, Kobarid, Bovec and finally onto the pass back to Kranjska Gora. By following this path for about 3 km you will be directly led to Kranjska Gora in just about 15 minutes, if you opt for the bicycle or a good half an hour if you choose to walk it.
