The BAUI apartment has a separate entrance and provides complete privacy. It is pleasant to stay in and allows food preparation in the fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area of the apartment is located in the attic.
The hosts enjoy traveling and also look for accommodation through booking platforms. They appreciate beautiful, functional, and clean apartments.
The BAUI apartment is located in a peaceful area in Semedela. Access is possible by car. There is public and free parking available nearby. The Parenzana cycling route is only 100 meters away, and within a radius of 200 to 500 meters, there are shops, a bank, and a pharmacy. The old town center is a 15-minute walk away, as well as the city beaches in Koper and Žusterna, and the main bus and train stations. There is local public transportation near the apartment. The highway is easily accessible.
