Located in the center of Bled, Slovenia - an amazing Alpine jewel known for its breathtaking landscape complimented with an isle church and a 1000-year old castle - is the Center Bled Apartment. The newly renovated villa apartment with a small garden spot overlooking a lakeside park is a perfect fit for those who want to be in the center of it all and look for a cozy private place to stay after an active day outside. Center Bled Apartment is located on the ground floor facing lakeside park with a private entrance. The design of the apartment is the local interior designer's modern interpretation of a farmhouse style. It features a king size bed, cotton bed sheets, wardrobe with hangers, a comfortable reading chair, a full body mirror at the entrance door, fully equipped kitchen (with a toaster, a tea kettle, microwave, oven, and a dishwasher) and a modern spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. A warm and fresh atmosphere created by the chosen design of the apartment is topped with the following amenities: air conditioner, central heating, electronic motorized shades, insect screens on windows, free Wi-Fi access and 32'' flat screen TV.
We offer storage for sports equipment. Baby amenities such as a crib, high chair, stroller, baby bath, and a potty can be provided upon request. Please send us a message beforehand. Maps of the area are also available, and we are happy to give some recommendations on different hiking and cycling tours in the area. Dogs are welcome but are not allowed on the beds. Please note we and members of our family live in the villa, therefore we cannot guarantee complete silence. The entrance to the apartment is located on the sideway and not directly on the street. Location in the center means it can get quite lively especially in the summertime, however, the noise shouldn't be an issue with soundproof windows. You may access the apartment by car, however, private parking is not guaranteed. There are several public parking areas nearby, where one can leave a car overnight.
Villa is situated on Ljubljanska cesta road, the main road through the centre of Bled, leading to the lakeshore. Only steps away from the lake shore, grocery shop, restaurants, cafes, bars, public parking areas, shop district, spa and beauty salons, mini golf, galleries, bakeries, swimming pools, post office, public library and tourist information centre, gives one opportunity to truly indulge in the best Bled has to offer. Bus station Bled Union is located 300m (1000 ft) from the apartment, with regular connections to Ljubljana, Lake Bohinj, Radovljica, Jesenice and other towns in the vicinity. The closest international train station Lesce Bled (on Jesenice - Ljubljana line) in 4 km (2,5 mi) away from the apartment. All the main attractions are within walking and cycling distance: - Bled Castle (20 minutes walk) - Bled Island (2 minutes walk + 20-minute boat ride) - Vintgar Gorge (1-hour walk or 15 minutes of cycling) - Walking path around the lake (6 km (4 mi) - 1 h 20 min ) Well worth visiting for nature and culture by bike or in a combination with public transport are Triglav National Park, Radovljica, Radovna Valley, Pokljuka and more...
