A warm welcome to this unique new build home with the high quality Scandinavian designed inventory and with a ceiling height of 3 meters in the best location in Malmö/Limhamn Sjöstad. It’s located in the front of the sea and you can enjoy a long walk by the coast-side in the morning/evening with Oresund bridge view and sea view with Copenhagen in the background. It’s takes 15 min to Malmö central station and 15 min to the Malmö Arena which is hold Eurovision 2024 by buss.
Hi, I would do my best to be your great host so you can join a pleasant staying at my apartment:-) As most of the time I live here so I wish that you treat my apartment well same as your own. Only the people with the booking allowed to living in the apartment. Max 2 adults and 1 child from 12 above, but extra bed madrass need to be pre-booked and informed before check in. No animals or parties allowed. OBS!! I have no TV in the apartment.
- 5 min walk distance to the supermarket. - 3 min walk distance to the coffee shop. - can reach different restaurants with in 10 min walk. - Sea view from the properties window.
