Lägenhet på 61kvm med 20kvm stor terass i söderläge och fantastisk utsikt över Åre, Indalsälven och Renfjället. Bottenplan med 3 sovrum och 6 sängplatser. Hundar och katter hjärtligt välkomna. Ski-in/ski-out ca 20 meter från Gunnilbacken. Dessutom riktigt bra pulkabacke på tomten. Uthyres året runt för långhelg eller veckovis. Min. ålder 25 år. Rökning ej tillåtet. Lakan/handduk ingår ej.
Jacob (44), Anna (46), Ted (15), Signe (13), and Sten (9) Sandström. Work in Finance and as Medical Doctor. Kids are in school.
Tegefjäll är en stugby mitt emellan Duved - Åre och är i grunden en familjevänlig oas. Ett avspänt och lugnare alternativ till intensiva och krävande Åre. Men här finns så mycket mer, exempelvis vass skogsåkning som efter snöfall lockar med riktigt bra offpist och några av Åredalens bästa pister. Sittliftar tar dig till toppen och med ankarliftar tar du dig mellan Duved och Tegefjäll. Större delen av skidområdet är nedanför trädgränsen vilket gör åkningen behaglig även om det blåser eller sikten är dålig. Många av backarna är breda och lämpar sig bra för stora carvingsvängar. I Tegefjäll ligger även Vildmarksstigen där barnen får följa med bävrar, rävar och hästar på äventyr i skogen. Smultronet ligger relativt högt upp på berget där 3-våningshus med 5 lägenheter blandas med fjällstugor. Det är lugnt, nära till backen och med en otrolig utsikt över renfjället. Vårt hus ligger 20 meter från Gunnildbacken och man kan ta på/av skidorna framför ytterdörren. Skidbussar tar dig snabbt in till centrala Åre.
