Property information

Only 5 km away from E4 highway and surrounded by mountains, lakes and forrests lies the sparsely populated Bålsjö village. This part of the High Coast offers a visit to the genuine swedish country side. The property facade displays its history as a village school during the first half of the 20th century. The teacher's living space has now been modernized into an Airbnb rental with its own private entrance and access to the great outdoor area. This ground floor appartment has a hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, living room, bedroom and shower. The experience offeres a mix of genuine historical charm and modern facilities. The rental has optional access to the upper floor for two extra bedrooms. You will have access to a public bathing place at a nearby lake and there is also another lake in the area, Butjärn, were you can have a nice day during the summer. There is a lot of places to explore and activities in this area.
