The cottage is located in a scenic countryside with forest, fields and meadows around it, 20 minutes north of Kalmar. The cabin is about 15 square meters and suitable for four people. In 2023/24 the cabin was renovated and a separate part with shower and WC was added in 2024. The sleeping part consists of a bunk bed with single beds and a 120 cm bed. In the cottage there is a kitchenette with sink, fridge and freezer compartment, two hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen equipment. A wood-burning sauna is available in another building on the property. Outdoor furniture and barbecue are available.
The guest house is located on our private plot in the village of Binnaretorp. Here we live with a cat and chickens and a sheep paddock around the house. As a guest, you are welcome to bring pets with you, taking into account that there are other animals nearby. Our hope is that you, as a guest, will be able to take part in the nature and tranquility of the countryside, on transit or on holiday, enjoy the afternoon sun on the veranda and at the same time have a good starting point for excursions in the area. There is a swimming pool on the grounds which is not available to guests
Here you live in a quiet, scenic area near hiking trails and a beach with central Kalmar and Öland 20 minutes away. From here it is perfect to explore the area around Kalmar on foot, by bike, car or bus. 1.2 km away is a bus stop (Kåremo E22) with good bus connections. It is 7 km to Rockneby, where there is an Ica shop and pizzeria. Distance to Ljungnäs bathing area 3 km, hiking trail 3 km, bus stop 1.2 km (Kåremo E22), Ica shop 7 km.
