About the property: Welcome to our Family Villa. You will have access to the first floor. It is located in a calm and quiet area, which will help you relax and sleep well. Despite being a quiet place, it is very close to the centre of Sjöbo where you can find all the necessities as described in the "About the neighbourhood" section. Our beds are of luxury quality, by the Swedish brand Hästens. They are incredibly soft, comfortable and healthy for your body in any sleep positions. Our linens are also chosen with care to be free of allergens. The facilities on the first floor are for you, including the two bedrooms, bathroom, garden, kitchen, dining room and both the big and small lounge rooms, without any extra charges. Our family have lounge room and bathroom upstairs, the ones of the first floor are for you. The sofa there is also of luxury quality. Daily cleaning is included unless you request otherwise. If you have any other requests, you can always talk to us about it.
About the hosts: At check-in and check-out you meet me, Ann, who hosts and receives information and answers your questions. Our family includes two parents, which is my husband and I. My husband works as a chef at a luxury restaurant currently, and I have a hair salon. We have two children, one is a teenager and one is an adult. We also have a small chihuahua dog, he is very friendly. If you do not like dogs, he can stay upstairs when you are here.
About the neighbourhood: Family Villa is located in the middle of Sjöbo, Skåne county, Sweden. Sjöbo is close to Ystad, Tosselilla, Lund, Malmö, Sturup, Söderslätt, Österlen and Denmark. The bus station is only 90 meters from our property when walking or cycling. In Sjöbo's centre, within quick walking distance from our property, you will find Coop, Ica, hairdressers, pubs, cafés, pizzerias, restaurants, library, flower shops and many other shops as well as swimming facilities. It is close to three lakes, golf courses, hiking trails and fishing locations. Skåne has a lot to offer, feel free to ask us if you want to know more.
