Parking, air conditioned open plan living, fitted kitchen appliances including washing machine, newly refurbished bathroom, outside deck, with barbecue and furniture. Access to swimming pool and stunning garden room with open outdoor kitchen, dining area and seating. Loungers, wet room and outdoor shower Royal Bay Apartment welcomes you to the island of Mahe, Seychelles, offering you privacy, pool, hot tub, garden, secure parking and more, yet with the amazing Anse Royale and Fairyland beaches less than half a kilometer away! Ideally located, there are no mountains to climb to reach your accommodation. ROYAL BAY APARTMENT HAS THE HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR TOURISM ESTABLISHMENTS Depending on the dates of your booking, there may be others occupying Royal Bay Villa, which is on the property and adjacent to the Apartment. You will be informed if this is the case. Note that you may also book the Villa and Apartment together when available. CCTV operates in the outdoor areas of this property.
Royal Bay Apartment is set within the grounds of Royal Bay Villa which is also used as holiday accommodation for larger groups. We hope that we have created an affordable alternative for your accommodation without compromising on comfort. It is our privilege to offer this accommodation so that others may know the beauty of Seychelles. Visitors to Seychelles can see all that the Islands have to offer by the usual means including car rental, taxis, boat taxis, tour/excursion companies etc. Scenic walks and trekking is popular and Royal Bay Apartment is only 300m to glorious beaches. There is secure car parking on the Villa driveway. Apartment Guests and Villa Guests have access to the Villa Pool Garden (reached via a short stroll across the Villa Garden) including swimming pool, terrace, shower room, dining area and outdoor kitchen. Distributed WiFi with high speed fibre broadband available. Multi-channel cable TV system.
Located within an easy 3 minute walk to the paradise Fairyland and Anse Royale beaches. Ideally situated for easy access to all points on the island, the colourful capital Victoria, south and west coast beaches, and Beau Vallon in the north. Along with restaurants and takeaways, shopping, supermarkets, fish and seafood specialist store, banks and ATMs, petrol station and fruit and vegetable market stall, Anse Royale offers a beautiful beach renowned to be one of the best on the island for both snorkelling and swimming. Anse Royale also has a hospital and pharmacy.
