Matias Apartment is located on the main road near the city center. The apartment is 40 m2, located on the 2nd floor and guests have at their disposal a private balcony. It is 100m from the valley hospital, and 400m from the city center. With us you will find an extremely comfortable, comfortable and luxurious accommodation. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessities of life, and contains 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room and bathroom with shower. The apartment is also equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, free Wi Fi and air conditioning. For guests staying longer, the apartment is cleaned every 5 days, when bed linens, towels, pillows, ... In front of the apartment there is a parking lot which is available to guests, which is free of charge and which is under video surveillance. We are a great alternative to hotel accommodation. Our advantages over hotel accommodation are primarily reflected in a much lower price, which does not depend on the number of guests, then in more rooms, additional bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and many other amenities.
