Welcome to "City011", a modernly equipped, fully renovated apartment in New Belgrade, in the immediate vicinity of the Stark Arena.

Property information

City011 is a modern apartment, completely renovated with new furniture and appliances. It is located in New Belgrade with an area of ​​60 m2, designed for accommodation for up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds (160cm/200cm), living room with dining room, kitchen and room with washing machine and sink. All rooms have air conditioning. A 43-inch TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is located on the 5th floor. The building has an intercom and an elevator that goes up to the 4th floor, the 5th floor is reached by a spiral staircase. KITCHEN: Fully furnished, equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, clothes dryer, dishes, paper towels, napkins, coffee, tea, bottled water. ADDITIONAL ROOM: washing machine (detergent and fabric softener), iron and ironing board, sink (dish detergent). BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, towels, hair dryer, hand soap, hair shampoo and shower bath.
