The property is a new build, only 3 flats with a private garden, barbecue and green space. Owner stays in one of the flats so you'll get a really quick answer or help if needed. It's one of the best residential areas in Craiova as it's walking distance from the most beautiful natural park in Romania, Nicolae Romanescu Park, only 2 minutes walk. Bus station is one minute walking and can get you in the City Center in maximum 20 minutes, you can even have a walk through the park and on the other side you'll be on Unirii Street which is part of the Central area of Craiova. Apartment is brand new with all amenities and huge space, you have everything you need from coffee machine to washing machine and an outside barbecue, to use it you need to check with host. Host can even help with car rental for your staying period against a fee.
Hosts are a 50 plus couple who are there most of the time, can help with infos regarding the surroundings and the City itself. Plus they will be there if you need to use anything and don't know how :)
Quiet neighborhood mostly houses and at a through of a rock from the most beautiful park in Romania and one of the biggest in Easter Europe. Nicolae Romanescu Park.
