Property information

This beautiful villa is located on a hill in the middle of the Portuguese nature, at about 20 minutes’ drive from Tavira. Ideal for people who seek peace, space and privacy. The villa is situated on a plot of about 42,000 m2. Because of its location just below the top of the hill the view is very wide! Outside it is good to stay on the terraces around the house, or sheltered in the patio. Relaxing and sunbathing is also possible on the sunbeds at the poolside! The holiday villa is spacious and furnished in Mediterranean style. It has a large living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry. From both the living room and the bedrooms there is access to the partially covered terrace, the patio and swimming pool next to the house. The air conditioning in the bedrooms ensures a pleasant temperature in summer! The large half covered panorama terrace at the front is connected to the terrace at the side and back. Depending on the time of day, the front or side terrace is the most pleasant. The whole terrace can be closed off by fences so that small children cannot get off it just like that.

Neighbourhood information

A aldeia mais próxima, a 10 minutos de carro, é Santa Catarina de Fonte do Bispo. Uma aldeia rural, onde se pode encontrar uma padaria e um pequeno supermercado. Numa viagem de 20 minutos de carro pode chegar a Tavira. Tavira é talvez a mais bela cidade do Algarve. Situada nas margens do Rio Gilão, que corre pelo centro, Tavira irradia uma atmosfera amigável, quase resignada. É encantador passear pelo centro, com o seu antigo bairro mouro, praças e parques, terraços, cafés e muitos restaurantes. O caminho mais rápido para a praia é em Pedras d`el Rei perto de Santa Luzia (também a 20 minutos de carro). Um pequeno comboio leva-o em 5 minutos (ou 10 minutos a pé) através da lagoa e das dunas até aos quilómetros de areia dourada. Até à praia de areia dourada com quilómetros de comprimento. Toda a praia, excepto um restaurante, está subdesenvolvida. Santa Luzia tem uma agradável avenida com numerosos restaurantes (de peixe) e cafés. É ainda uma cidade portuguesa muito original, com poucos turistas.
