The apartment is brand new, has a big kitchen/living room open space, a huge balcony, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, air conditioning, and you will have access to the swimming pool of the condominium. Imagine coming home after a day at the beach, only having to walk about 5-10 minutes, to rest on the sofa, or on one of the loungers of the balcony! From here, you are able to enjoy all the attractions and beautiful nature that the Algarve has to offer in a heartbeat. It is the ideal spot for your family holiday or for a nice trip with a friend or your partner. The house is calming and decorated with a lot of care. We are sure you are going to love your stay! » If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.

You will also be 10 minutes walking away from the beaches of the 3 Castelos, Careanos, or Amado, which are small retreats to escape the hustle and bustle of Praia da Rocha. You will also be less than 1 km from the city center with several shops and services at your disposal. This is the perfect place to stay in Portimão!
