In addition to the double bed, there is a large sofa-bed in the living room. The perfect spot for surfers, beach lovers, or couples looking to enjoy the peaceful ambiance of Costa da Caparica! All necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, free wifi, towels, bedlinen, hairdryer and other things are available. If you arrive after 21:00 (9 PM), please note there will be charged late check-in fee. Please note there is construction being done in the building until the end of February 2023, so noise is expected between working hours. » If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
