Modern apartment in quiet area with all amenities to make you feel good! It is conveniently located between the airport and the Railway/Metro Station Gare Oriente in a direct line from the Berlin avenue. It is close to outdoor leisure areas, restaurants, casino, Oceanarium and Vasco da Gama shopping center. It is close to the metro and railways allowing a quick trip to the historic center of Lisbon and to / from other regions outside of Lisbon. Close to the Tagus River, you can go walking and cycling. For the braver you can always go by the river to the historic center!

In front there is a Go Fit gym with indoor and outdoor pool. It is close to the Oceanarium, the Altice Arena, the Casino de Lisboa, the expo park area and the Vasco da Gama shopping center. In the area of the apartment there are shops, mini market, hairdresser, restaurants and cafes. There are parking spaces as well as a public park at 150m.
