Enjoy our Downtown Luxury Apartment. Where the old and the modern meet. Located in a refined building with six studios of different sizes and a duplex apartment with two bedrooms; all of them with a modern and comfortable design. Ideal for those who like to be well located and close to everything. In the city of Porto is applied the City Tax, whose payment conditions are sent in the confirmation message of your reservation, that Liiiving team will send.

You will be in the center of Oporto’s downtown, where culture and gastronomy are the watchword! Your street is surrounded by monuments, cafes, bars and restaurants. The tourist attractions are numerous and you should outline your days so you will not leave anything unseen. We recommend a walk along Avenida dos Aliados, shopping in Rua das Flores and for the day to end in beauty, dinner in Ribeira overlooking the Douro River and the Gaia’s pier! You can take advantage of the beaches of Foz do Douro, which are just 7 km away. Install our "Liiiving" application, for more suggestions (available for Android and iOS). We would love to welcome you ... Book now! Because Liiiving is easy! Important note: there is construction work going on near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. As such, we are guided by a policy of transparency, so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
