The living room features a large sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door leading you onto a spacious furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second has two single beds. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
