Located on the first floor, this modern and tastefully decorated two-bedroom apartment in Troia is the perfect vacation home for families and friends seeking a relaxing getaway. And with the beach just a short distance away, you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful coastline. The open space design provides a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for everyone. The living room features two sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range household appliances and essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient to clean up after preparing a delicious meal. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
