Apartment with 2 bedrooms, modern, in a very quiet location away from the road, close to the sea and with an incredible view! The apartment also has a private outdoor space for the exclusive use of guests. The perfect place to relax on your vacation.
Meet your hosts Ilídio Gomes and Paulo Gomes, father and son, owners of the apartment. Ilídio, 77 years old, is a retired television station operator who loves fishing, sailing, playing the guitar and painting. Paulo, 36 years old, is an environmental engineer who loves nature, the ocean, surfing and is also a musician who learned from his father. Paulo plays in 3 local bands, an alternative rock band, a folk band and also a tuna. So whenever you want to see a live concert, talk to us.
Porto Martins is a calm and safe bathing area, which is why it is one of the most popular places for holidays on Terceira Island. The parish is also a wine-growing area with many vineyards and the only place in the Azores where olives grow. Porto Martins is also famous for its natural pools which are just a 15-minute walk from our apartment. There, at the pools, you will find a great restaurant and a café-bar nearby. There is also a promenade, a small fishing port and a surfing area. Porto Martins has the particularity of being close to the two cities on the island, 6 km from Praia da Vitória and about 18 km from Angra do Heroísmo. There is also a golf course as well as other attractions within a 15-minute drive. This place offers the perfect combination for those looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea and proximity to most of the island's tourist attractions.
