Amazing view in historic neighborhood, 120m2 penthouse apartment. On the historical neighborhood Alcântara, 5 minutes walking from River Tejo, you'll find this spacious, beautifully decorated and totally renovated apartment. Located on the 4rd floor, without elevator, this apartment enjoys an energizing sunlight across the entire apartment. The rooms are spacious, with an art deco decoration that combines the old wooden floors, the hight ceilings, with style and character.
It has been more than 10 years now since I came to Lisbon to work. I'm from a small town in the north of the country and I quickly felt in love with the city! The Alcantara apartment was my first house in Lisbon and that's where it all begun. It was my starting point in Lisbon, and now it can be your starting point too! Being a host is a great experience that truly fulfills me. My favorite hobby is traveling! It's an addiction, I love to visit new places and experience other cultures, it´s fascinating. Please fell free to contact me if you have any questions, I will gladly answer them in just a few minutes!
Alcantara is a very typical neighborhood where modern and old buildings merge in a kind of artistic way. Perfectly located by the river between Downtown/Rossio and Belém. Really close to Lx Factory (great for galleries, trendy bars and restaurants) and walking distance to the Tagus river (Bars and restaurants, the Docks) and an amazing sidewalk along the river to Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower. Bus and trams will take you directly to Belém 5-10 mins, Downtown/Rossio - 10/15 mins and all other main Lisbon locations. Trains will take you to Cascais, to the beach or to Sintra, an amazing villa that is world heritage (UNESCO). Buses and Trams that will lead you directly to most locations are very close by (2 mins walk). Taxi stand also 2 mins away. Trains to Cascais and Sintra are 5 min walk away.
