Location was ok. Took around 25 mins to walk to main squares and river front which was ok for us, but could be a problem for more less able travellers. Also quite hilly in parts and some of the cobbled footpaths are in a bit of disrepair so you needed to be aware of this as you could easily twist an ankle!!. The hotel was in a back street off Liberty Avenue. Lovely hotel, very pleasant and helpful staff and very clean. Our room was a standard double. Quite small but suited us for the number of days there.Only gripes were that no milk provided for our morning cuppa in room and no electrical point by a mirror for hair straighteners so had to improvise and use selfie mode on ipad!! Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods. Anyone thinking of staying at hotel I would recommend using their hotel shuttle service. Very good and reliable especially as train station is quite a walk away.

So much to like; fridge in the room; excellent breakfast with good hours and good warm and cold choices; fruit; excellent 24 hr reception that offers a breakfast box if you check out before the hotel opens for breakfast; quiet neighbourhood (I would say the hotel was somewhat "louder" than the neighbourhood due to thin walls); there is a safe but you have to look for it(!); good shower pressure; you can open the windows; not downtown, but between airport and downtown with a main station less than a 10 minute walk and none of it uphill; grocery store even closer than that; tea kettle with tray; excellent english speaking options on TV and many other languages; there is no reason why this hotel would not be my first choice on my next visit - Thank you!

Nice hotel. New & clean. Helpful staff. Breakfast service staff are very pleasant. Excellent location for many tourist attractions. Walking distance to the Square (MQ POMBAL) is a bonus for us to join the sightseeing buses to visit Lisbon within two days.

The hotel provided what I expected based on the pictures and description. The bed was very comfortable. Our room also had a small balcony. The room and bathroom were in excellent condition. The breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly. We received coffee as a gift, which was a nice gesture.

The hotel is quite comfortable- clean and decent size room, good shower, kettle, tea and instant coffee.. Breakfast is included and it had quite enough options for me in terms of yogurts, fresh fruits and cereals.. Good coffee.. Location is great, walking distance to the metro Marquis de Pombal and Avenida.. And the price for all that makes it exceptional!

Hotel itself looks nice, good location, easy to find - 5 mins walking to Metro station. Staff comunication in advance was good, breakfast has lots of variety, good & comfortable bed, good shower preassure & drainage, sound isolation was OK, AC was working as expected, good WiFi. Inside the room you have quite plenty of space to keep your clothes (wardrope & shelves) and also empty mini-fridge.
