Property information

The house is part of Casal de São José, an estate with several houses, located in the village of Ulgueira. The house has an independent entrance and a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The traditional kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils you need to enjoy home-cooked meals. It has a hob and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, espresso machine and American coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and blender. The house has a washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board. There is a toilet next to the kitchen. On this floor, there is also a spacious lounge where two additional guests can sleep in two single beds (90x200), with an LCD TV and a stereo. On the floor above, there is a bright living room with an LCD TV and a record player, where you can relax with a book, good music or a film, or work at your desk. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a full bathroom with bath and shower. On the upper floor is another spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200). All the stairs have safety gates, so that the smallest guests or four-legged friends can enjoy the house without risk of accidents. The whole house has WI-FI internet. If you're looking for tranquillity, comfort and contact with nature, this is your ideal house.
