Located in the cosmopolitan area of Santos, a few minutes from downtown, with plenty of transport options, you will find this restored building with a facade fully covered with tiles, a typically Portuguese ceramic decorative piece, usually square in shape and in shades of blue and white. All of the 14 independent apartments are fully equipped with first quality decoration that provides a harmonious and elegant environment, and look no further if confort is what you need: every unit is equipped with air conditioning, fiber optic HIGH SPEED Wi-Fi, cable TV, Marshall sound system, and a fine selection of appliances. Also, in case you were worried about climbing stairs after a long day of traveling, please note that the building has an elevator for your convenience.

Neighbourhood information

Located in a historic area in Santos, the building is situated in a cosmopolitan neighborhood, full of life and animation, close to numerous points of interest and attractions. The property's convenient location also allows it to easily access the city's must-see tourist destinations. This is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city and its full name Santos-O-Velho means "the old saints", as it was formerly connected to several religious convents and monasteries that were settled there in the 1500s. Today, it is a quiet area during the day where locals live and study, as there are several universities nearby. At night, it becomes a bit livelier and people often frequent the bars and restaurants in the area.
