A little about me Hi! I'm Ann. My boyfriend Martin and I moved from Sweden to Portugal in 2017, to be closer to the warmth above all. In Sweden I worked in Facilities in one way or another for about 15 years and I have always found great satisfaction in taking care of both the people and the property they live in. That's why I thought ... NOW is the time to combine the two. Here I rent out privately owned properties during different periods. Some of them only during the summer and some also during the rest of the year. To make sure the property is properly cleaned, I have chosen to work with a professional cleaning company, with a Clean & Safe certificate. Regardless, I will always try to go the extra mile and hope that what I offer will have everything you desire, to make this your best holiday in beautiful Portugal. With these words I wish you a pleasant and energizing experience, in your choice among my holiday properties. I will always be close by if you need me.

Property information

A fabulous and spacious apartment overlooking the square of the area. It has 1 en-suite bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds and with a family-bathroom just outside the bedroom door. There is also a safety box. The combined lounge/dining area, is very spacious and comfortable with a flat screen television, two 2-seater leather sofas and a dining table for up to 6 people. There is a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for you stay. The area is built up with fantastic, not fenced and well maintained gardens and walking friendly roads. It has a big, split and fenced in swimming pool and a baby plunge pool, changing room, toilets and both indoor and outdoor showers. This is a very nice apartment close to "where it happens".

Neighbourhood information

There is also a gym on site, restaurant, pub, massage, manicure / pedicure, a playground and a nice pond with goldfish and turtles. There is a fantastic fenced pool divided into two, (adults and child friendly) + children's pool, sun loungers and parasols. Nearby you can enjoy walking and cycling, watching the salt beds and the orange groves. Walking to Tavira, the larger city, takes about 40-45 minutes at a normal to slow pace. If you are lucky, you will see flamingos and kingfishers along the way.
