Property information

Luxury tropical resort living! Palm View is named for the view. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the palm trees that surround the swimming pool area at your feet. Then a few steps beyond that you are on the beach. Close by you have 20 tennis courts to choose from. The property itself features a modern, airy decor, with a beautiful view across the pool area and golf green to the beach. It is fully air conditioned and features wifi throughout plus cable TV service. The extravagantly large bathroom gives it a spa-like quality. It contains all that you might need for a quiet, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable vacation, from kitchen utensils to beach chairs to large flat-screen TV. Palm View faces the beautiful pool area, landscaped by experts, with 2 pools and a jacuzzi. Beyond that is the third hole of the golf course with the beach just behind it, about 150 yards away. The property is on the second floor, away from the foot traffic, and is quiet, bright and sunny. Instead of a substantial security deposit we charge a Deposit Waiver Fee, which appears as part of the Taxes and Charges.
