Fully renovated apartment. Sea views and wide spaces. Kitchen open to a large living room perfect for lunch and dinner while enjoying the company. All rooms are cool thanks to the ocean breeze. Light is another of the virtues of this property, since all the rooms face the outside. Fully equipped kitchen and main bathroom equipped with hydromassage.

Punta las Marías is a neighborhood located in a quiet area of ​​one of the beaches of San Juan. It is a residential area with medium-high purchasing power inhabited by families and young people who are passionate about water sports. There are several nearby restaurants that can be accessed without driving, as well as gas stations, cafes and supermarkets.
