The sandy city beach is 1.1 km away. Not far from the beach is John Paul II Avenue, with many attractions such as the Dar Pomorza Museum, the Gdynia Mir Aquarium, the Naval Museum and the Marina. The location is well connected to the rest of the city and to Sopot and Gdansk, thanks to the railway station Wzgórze Maksymiliana (850 m). There is a bus stop just 160 m from the property.
