The apartment is located on the high ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, which makes it an ideal offer for people traveling as a couple or in a group. Due to the attractive surroundings, we also recommend this offer to families with children. It is worth mentioning the good soundproofing of the apartment, thanks to which there is peace and quiet inside. Due to the characteristic construction, the ceiling of the apartment is 2.75 m high, thanks to which the interior does not heat up in hot weather. Natural light, coming in through the large windows, makes the whole apartment very sunny and bright. In the bedroom, guests will find a double bed, and in the living room - a comfortable fold-out sofa. The kitchen area is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances that allow you to prepare tasty home-made meals. The apartment is equipped with basic amenities such as iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, which will be appreciated by families with small children or those planning a longer stay.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located at Sikorskiego Street in Poznań. There are many green areas nearby that are perfect for jogging or long walks - Park im. Jana Pawła II (700 m), Izabela and Jarogniew Drwęskich Park (1.1 km) and numerous sports facilities and stadiums. Nearby there is an ice rink (1.2 km), a gym Fabryka Formy Green Point (750 m) and the Warta Stadium (1.3 km). There is a large playground for children about a 10-minute walk away. The area is full of great restaurants, bars and cafes - the nearest cafe - Zajlo Bakery - is located opposite the entrance to the building, and a little further there is the SPOT restaurant (800 m), the Piccolo restaurant (400 m), the Midgard pizzeria (300 m) and many other! Poznań's Old Market Square can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot or by tram. The tram stop is only 450 m away.
