Property information

This apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet area of Świnoujście, right next to the charming Zdrojowy Park. It consists of a bright and cozy living room where you can relax after a day spent exploring the city or sunbathing. There is a comfortable sofa and armchair, as well as a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can prepare your own meals. There is a fridge, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and the necessary dishes and cutlery. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe where you can store your belongings. There is also a bedside table and a bedside lamp. The bathroom is spacious and modernly equipped. There is a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a hair dryer. This apartment is an ideal place for a couple or a small family who wants a peaceful holiday in a beautiful seaside area. The proximity of the spa park allows relaxing walks and enjoying the charms of nature, and at the same time the apartment is close enough to the city center to easily reach many tourist attractions.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a great location. The beautiful and largest park "Zdrojowy" in Świnoujście, 50m away, where you can spend a great time relaxing or being active. Very close to the city ferry, which will take you quickly and easily to the bus and train station. The very good location means that the apartment is located on a pedestrian street filled with eateries, cafes and numerous souvenir shops. Access to the sea and the promenade will take about 10 minutes and is about 1000 m away, where you can enjoy numerous dining and shopping outlets, and at the same time in an intimate part of the Seaside District of Świnoujście. An undoubted advantage is also the proximity of the aquapark.
