The spacious apartment located on the Avia estate has been fully adapted for the rest of six people, so it is ideal for large families or groups of friends. The living area of 56.5 m² includes a living room with a corner sofa, a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The extremely functional space guarantees a comfortable rest for the whole family, and the balcony with garden furniture will allow pleasant relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. In the living room is located a comfortable corner sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining area, which connects to a practical kitchenette equipped with all necessary accessories. The apartment is suitable for remote work - in the bedroom he will find a comfortable desk with a chair and a monitor. Impeccable interior design, stylish decorations and decor using a consistent color palette give the whole a unique character. Complimentary W-Fi internet and SmartTV are at guests' disposal. A welcome amenity kit - soap, shampoo and shower gel - as well as a set of towels and bed linen are provided for a good start to your stay. The place is pet-friendly (100 PLN).

The apartment is located in a modern residential building on the Avia estate in Krakow, in the green, recreational area of Czyżyny. This quiet neighborhood is characterized by access to green areas. The neighborhood is home to the Łęgowski Forest and the 60-hectare Polish Aviators Park, where you can take a leisurely stroll and relax in the shade of the trees. The property offers great access to retail and service establishments (including Aldi 1km, Czyżyny Shopping Center 1.3 km) and pubs and restaurants from all over the world. The abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas and ease of access to the city center make it possible for guests to fully enjoy the charms of Krakow. The quiet and peaceful neighborhood is designed to provide respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The estate is also well connected - the more important monuments and sites of Krakow can be easily reached by public transport - there are bus and streetcar stops nearby (Stella-Sawickiego - 650 m, Czyżyny - 800 m). In addition, less than 8 minutes drive from the apartment is located Tauron Arena, which hosts concerts and other entertainment events. It takes 15 minutes to reach the Central Railway Station by car or cab, and approx. 30 minutes.
