This exclusive apartment has one bedroom and is designed for four people. The unit is located on level -1 in a building equipped with an elevator. It is an atmospheric and elegant apartment, which has been decorated with attention to functional furnishings, skillful use of available space and stylish design. The bedroom has a capacious closet with a mirror, where guests can comfortably store their belongings, as well as a desk with an office chair for comfortable remote work and a large double bed. The living room features two single-seater sofa beds, a home theater and speakers, as well as a table where guests can have a snack or their morning coffee. A dining area and an armchair are also available here. From the room it is possible to access a furnished terrace with a garden - an ideal place for those who like to relax outdoors in a break from activities and planned tasks. Dark green and gray accents in the interior design make the arrangement look very attractive. The kitchenette, which includes a microwave, induction hob and kettle, makes it possible to quickly prepare meals. Both a bathtub and a shower are available in the bathroom. In addition, a washing machine, a hair dryer and a toiletries set are located there. There is a 1.9m high parking space in the garage hall for motorized guests. The apartment has an Energy Performance Certificate.

The building is located in a very attractive location, well connected to the rest of the city, making it a great place to relax for couples, friends, business travelers, and parents traveling with children.
