The apartment has a large sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a bath, cable TV and free wifi. The apartment is distinguished by a large balcony and glazing that allows warm, coastal light. The decor and equipment of the apartment is stylish and modern ensuring comfort. There is a parking space in the underground garage (maximum garage door height 2 m) at guests' disposal, moreover, the estate is fenced, monitored and protected by an enclave, which increases the safety of residents.
