The living room features a large, comfortable sofa bed (140cm wide with a dedicated mattress) and a 55-inch Smart TV. There is also an extendable dining table with chairs and a balcony.

The apartment is located just 200 meters from the sea in a quiet, green, and peaceful area. Within a 200-meter radius, you'll also find: a grocery store ("Żabka"), a pharmacy, a convenience store ("Lewiatan"), a tram stop, bars, shops, restaurants, the seaside promenade, and many more amenities.
