The interior is bright, spacious, functionally designed and tastefully finished to meet the needs of guests. The unique design of the apartments skilfully combines shades of grey and white as the dominant colour theme with wooden details. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat screen smart TV, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartments has access to free high speed wifi internet. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed. There is also a balcony with garden furniture - the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. In addition, the kitchenette is equipped with high quality appliances to prepare your favourite meals. Neighbourhood information

This stylish apartments of high standard is part of the new Praga Arte development on Żupnicza Street in Praga Południe. The building has been designed with commercial premises on the ground floor. In the immediate vicinity are prestigious restaurants (including Mateusz Gessler's Warszawa Wschodnia) and the fascinating Neon Museum. A pleasant green walk through the nearby Skaryszewski Park leads to the artistic Francuska Street, full of charming pubs and shops. For an evening out, head to Ząbkowska Street, home to restaurants and pubs such as In the Vapours of the Absurd. The Praga district is also known for its rich arts scene, with the Powszechny Theatre (2.4km) and the SOHO Theatre (1km) nearby, as well as numerous museums (Warsaw's Praga Museum - 3km). The location also offers convenient transport links to other districts of the capital: the National Stadium metro station is less than 3 km away, and bus stops are located on the neighbouring streets. The centre of Warsaw can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by public transport. Chopin Airport is about half an hour away.
