The six-storey building is located in a tranquil part of Ochota district, blending into the neighborhood of green parks and low-rise buildings. In just 3 minutes on foot you can reach the Zachodni Park - a green enclave with a playground for children, where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, away from the city noise, keeping a short distance to the center (3 kilometers). The location takes care of all daily needs, as there are many stores and restaurants in the area - the nearest ones are on the first floor of the building itself. The area is well communicated: there are bus and tram stops just by the building, while the Warszawa Zachodnia Railway Station is also nearby (650 meters from the apartment). The strict city center can be reached in 20 minutes using the public transport, and the car drive to the airport takes just over 15-minutes.
