The comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a balcony will be perfect for a family of 3 or 5 or a group of friends. Guests will have a sunny living room with a sofa bed and TV, a bedroom with a double bed and another TV, a bedroom with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The apartment is equipped with basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. There you will find an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and basic kitchen utensils, cups, dishes and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with high-quality amenities such as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests can also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and 2 TVs. The apartment is located in a modern housing estate on Krakowska Street in Wroclaw. Its proximity to the city center and popular tourist attractions makes the apartment ideal for both business and leisure stays. The location is one of the most desirable in Wroclaw, as it allows you to commune with nature while enjoying all the advantages of living in the city. There are numerous green areas nearby - Park Wschodni in 15 min walk from the building, Oławski Bay in 16 min walk and Racowiecki Forest in 18 min. The city center with its numerous tourist attractions can be reached by car in just 9 min, in 8 min drive is the Wroclavia shopping center, and in 6 min - the Hydropolis Museum. There are also several large supermarkets in the area - Lidl (2.7 km), Auchan (2.6 km) and Kaufland (2.4 km). There is a children's playground next to the building and guests traveling by car are free to use a private parking space in the underground garage.
