Neighbourhood information

Carefully designed apartments located at the Piastowski canal, close to the ferry. The apartments are located in the "Nowa Flotylla" complex at Jana z Kolna Street in Świnoujście. The unique location means that from the windows of the apartments and the balcony there is a view of the canal, the waters of Świna, the port and the city panorama. Jana z Kolna Street is an attractive location, on the one hand, between the Świnoujście Yacht Harbor and the city center, and on the other, between the Świna River strait and the Spa Park (about 3 minutes from the apartment). The location of the apartments provides excellent and convenient travel around Świnoujście thanks to the dynamically functioning public transport. The convenient location provides access to various attractions and beautiful places on the Świnoujście map - the Świnoujście Promenada is within a 20-minute walk. The proximity of the city center allows guests to fully enjoy the charms of Świnoujście (the very center of the city, less than 650 meters from the apartment).
