Apartamenty o powierzchni 33 m lub 45 m z widokiem na zabytkową ulicę Barlickiego lub ciche podwórko, mogący ugościć max 4 lub 5 osób w zależności od wybranego apartamentu. W skład apartamentu wchodzi niezależna łazienka z prysznicem, aneks kuchenny, salon z jadalnią i rozkładaną sofą oraz podwójnym łóżkiem - opisy przy poszczególnych opcjach. Do wszystkich apartamentów wchodzi się z prywatnego korytarza dostępnego tylko dla naszych gości a z niego bezpośrednio na ogólnodostępną klatkę schodową z domofonem przed wejściem do budynku. Parkować można na płatnym parkingu (20m) zaraz przy kamienicy (ok 20PLN/24h) lub pobliskim podziemnym parkingu strzeżonym (ok 30PLN / 24h) oddalony zaledwie 50 m od apartamentów. W całym mieście dostępna jest tez strefa płatnego parkowania od 8:00 do 17:00. Po godzinie 17:00 oraz w soboty i niedziele można parkować za darmo.
Wszystkie trzy apartamenty posiadają pełne wyposażenie kuchenne (lodówka, płyta grzewcza, kuchenka mikrofalowa, talerze, garnki, sztućce, kubki …) wystarczające nawet na dłuższy pobyt dla całej rodziny. Na miejscu znajdziecie Państwo również herbatę, kawę, cukier i podstawowe przyprawy. Każdy salon posiada telewizor z płaskim ekranem (43’’) oraz szybki światłowodowy, darmowy internet. Liczne, ciekawe dodatki oraz przemyślane umeblowanie dodatkowo umilą pobyt naszym gościom. We wszystkich pokojach zastosowano dodatkową izolację termiczną i akustyczną oraz zostały one wyposażone w nowy system ogrzewania oraz produkcji ciepłej wody użytkowej dla wygody naszych gości. Jest to idealne miejsce dla osób ceniących uroki miasta. Cały sezon letni zapraszają liczne lokalne atrakcje, ogródki restauratorów, kluby czy bary.
